Looking for a cheap tunnel ram

I might be looking for a tunnel ram to fit a standard deck BBC. Nothing expensive. I'm more than likely going to powder coat the manifold. Does anyone have one laying around for cheap? I have two demons but one needs rebuilding that I plan on using. Let me know. I will also have the manifold off my boat which is a edelbrock with the dura shine coating. It looks like its chromed.

Thanks. It sort of seemed that way. I might not do a tunnel ram after all. I just might leave it alone until after the summer is over

I don't have a pic after it was run the the parts washer.  It cleaned up nice.

I really like that manifold Keith. I need one more carb for that and some linkage, or I believe you had a blower laying around too :-) I have a place for that

I might be able to make you a deal on the manifold with 2 600 vac. sec. Holleys.  Linkage is easy because they run inline.

The blower is still available for a little more money  ;)

Got a couple of 'em here to, maybe we should bring 'em and have an auction! (Mine's bigger'n yours!   >:D  )

Anyway, if you go that route, Dave, I think I still have a Weiand blower intake and misc BBC drive parts out in the shed. I keep the Chebbie stuff out there because they tend to set a bad example when I bring them into the dining room with the other stuff......... :screwy:

LOL! I hear that! Trust me, I'll take care of you on the drive/intake stuff. You got stuck with a manifold you didn't/couldn't use for whatever reason. THAT is by far and away the cheap part of a jet boat blower motor, my brother. BUT, you shoulda bought the brand new 6-71 Weiand complete kit I had for sale last summer for $2500!

Some apple pie, some beers, we can outline what you SHOULD do to acheive that FD weekend! Even if it is a Chebbie, I'll leave all the Ferd hats at home since I'm bringin an Olds..........

i couldnt use the manifold because i sold the boat :-) and bought a flat bottom with a chevy. 2500 is a great deal, just deeper than my pockets are right now. i would have to get it piece by piece just like jonhny cash built his cadillac
