rail kit motor plates

Im looking for a set of motor plates so I can build a rail kit for my boat.  Its a bbc. Thanks a bunch!

thats a start.

you will want to use 3/8" 6160 aluminum plate for the motor plates....then use 1/4" thick 2"x2" extruded angel bar for the rails.....and if you want to put flat bar on the outside of the stringers (optional) ....2"x4" flat bar.

as far as the length of the rails....that purely optional too....

I'm working on the same thing right now. Lets get some dimensions on paper so i can write a program....and maybe one for that other brand of motor too. If I can mill out some blanks I think we will all be happier campers. 'Specialy you guys that change your boat/motor every week.
