Good luck! I've been looking for a while and haven't found anything decent. I'm probably gonna have to drop $1200 on a new set from bassett.

Those Schoenfelds look nice. I wonder if they will weld the flanges on upside down? I need the Stahl pattern so I cant just flip them. I like your boat and plan on going the ls route when this motor runs its course

I was wondering the same thing. Can I just flip them?

If you have the standard Chevy header flange where the bolts are in the center, you should be able to flip them.
Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure I can just flip my Stahl flanges and they should fit for me too without doing anything special.

This might be the way I go. Just not sure I want to run dry headers. Thanks for the info.

I'm sorry I don't.
I just bought 8 1/8 npt steel bungs and drilled holes and welded them into the primaries.
I also drilled 1/8" holes in the bottom most point of the primary tubes for weep holes
Then I bought 1/8 npt to -3an fittings and screwed them in

Sounds easy enough. Thank you.

I went ahead and ordered the Schoenfeld headers. They are quite nice for the price. I couldn't find any actual pictures of them on an engine before I ordered, so I'll put these up for someone who may be kicking it around. These are the 1-3/4"-1-7/8" stepped. ONE day I'll have a picture of them in the boat...

I had to adjust mine, they were a lil to close to the transom.
