pepboys has some.  ive got one on mine, works great...doesnt let water thru.  the fit was fine on my 21 footer.  they have other sizes.  not sure if its towable.  its got straps that go under boat that you pull down tight to hold cover down.  paid less than 100. i wanna say 60 bucks.
