You might try finding one you can borrow and try before buying one and finding out that it didn't help with MPH.  You might find that by loading more water into the jet actually slows down your top speed because it's unable to move any more water.  It all comes down to testing with different combinations of parts.   

If you don't have a Place Diverter yet, I would recommend spending money on that before the loader.

Post your results with whatever you try.  It's always helpful to the other guys that might be trying something similar.
