1* diffrence between crank shaft center line and pump shaft center line .
Someone correct me if I'm wrong .

going to check mine when I have pump out this week, easier then, plus change u-joints... 
see what angle I end up with,  now,  shaft line looks the same as pump intake flange?
Maybe Tom can conferm that?    but should be able to use Pump flange for angle of pump input shaft.

Well, I put 2* on each u joint for a total of four *. The longer the driveline, the more forgiveness you have on engine pacement as well. Those lil drivelines are very forgiving though.

The motor has been forward in both flatties Omar. Circle boats are driven off the cranks snout.

This pic is a great example of what it's all about. A little bit of wrenching going on and a whole lot of bullchitting and beer drinking!
