need to update as there seems to be a lot of work happening my seats are at the upholstry shop ( my cousins business) he does only hotrods and has a 2 year waiting list so hes fitting me in .the good part is he has no room in the shop for the boat so he will come down here to do the carpet so theres no rush to get the boat off the dolly. I am awaitind about 20 boxes of various things for the boat including everything for the motor which is now back from the machine shop complete with $2100.00 bill attached. Also have been spendind what seem to be endless hours polishing aluminum. It has cured me of wanting to polish the jet.so heres a few pics have also been glass beading and thanks to the most understanding wife baking the hitemp clear in her oven

then today we sprayed the yellow then she airbrushed the orange then I focked up the clearcoat. the sun came out and I didnt realize how warm it got and when I sprayed the second coat of clear it flashed. so we moved it back in the shop sprayed what I had mixed and tommorrow we sand with 1000 grit and spray another gallon of clear whats another $100 at this stage. JRORK I now understand your frustration when you did yours just when you think you might be done with paint something happens and its sand and spray again.

went to the chromer and the powdercoater today to pickup some bling.I searched everywhere for the hardin Marine valve covers and finally found them on Craigslist in Nevada. I now have everything to reassemble the boat and trailer . now just the time to do it by July 10 ;D

Do you boat on dusty rivers?   :D

Just poking fun....Looks badass, I always caught crap for putting my air filter on the raceboat, until we did some passing and then all laughing stopped....

Are those valve covers chrome, or polished? Damn.
