How was the block? 8ba's are known to have thin cylinder walls and crack at the deck were the water jackets are closest. I know a few guys that deal in trad rods and are big into flatheads. I will put the word out for you.

Also.... Is it still standard bore? How was the crank (std. or under) if under how much? Does it come with water pumps?carb?

Mine was stiff when working it back and forth on the trailer.
Once I got it on the water and under power, it was amazing!

block checked bore standard crank 10 under no water pump or carb i do have dipstick n breather

Did it(block) have to be pinned at all. Sorry for sounding so picky, but these are the questions you are going to be asked by the ones looking for a flatty.
