If you have OT headers as pictured, decent roller rockers for those D3VE heads, and forged flat top pistons for the 460, then 450 hp is doable in a well planned combo and could work with a 100-200 shot of N20. The cam you posted wouldn't be my first choice, less so if you want to use nitrous once in awhile. I'd recommend a custom flat tappet grind to make the best of such a budget build.
If you want more power than that, then it's probably a good idea to switch to the C8VE heads and rethink your overall engine combo (ie, stroker etc). Build cost increase will be commensurate with the associated upgrades, of course.
