Bostick is a good builder...we've talked before, I still don't understand how he does what he does for the price he does it for.  Crate engines are mass produced junk for the most part...good enough for the occasional romp but I'd bet money one couldn't hang WOT through 20 gallons of fuel like a piece that was put together by a guy with a passion, a functional brain, and measuring tools. 

You go get that crate motor, put
It in a boat (that GM says not to) and hang a blower on it (that GM says not to)...run it like I run my boat...see how many minutes it lives.

I don't know this guy or his work. I was just speaking from personal experience. Not sure why he thought I was shoving a stick up his a** by mentioning 5 ft 300 lbs Mexicans but I didn't mean it that way. I don't give a sh*t what type of work you do or how good tour work is because all I'll do is buy over the counter chevy crate engines, when I need one. No need to get your panties in a bunch. I agree I simply voiced my opinion about a 650 hp bb. Well with a little racial remark I suppose not sure why bobstick took it the wrong way. I'm sure he does a great job I wouldn't know. Many other ways to reply to someone's post without attacking them.

It was apparent by quoting and directly refrencing my posting that you chose to grind your axe on what I said. In the end lets just see general lee build something and drag to one of the events and then we can see where he's coming from. I will take my tired mill of 7 years slap gaskets back on it and I will be the first to call him out . Since he's joined most if his threads he seems to know it all crate motor or whatever you build run what you brung and show all this knows ledge at the river.
