Buddys Boat not turning over help!!

My buddy has a ski centurion  with a 460 made by pleasure  craft. Boat does not turn over, check fuel pump and lines it all seems fine. Spark plugs seem fine any ideas will be great... need to get him back in the water!!

Sure it's not a 351?

Fuel, Spark, Air.

That info is just general for 302 351 or 460 pull a sparkplug and ground it to see if it has spark while turning over
