Total Seal rings for marine deal and marathon motors..A pull truck builder turned me on to them, they're in Phoenix AZ I think..
Otherwise Speed Pro from FM. To be honest, never spent a lot of time checking end gaps on those, I just push a ring from each piston in it's cylinder and look for daylight, I'm lazy that way..

Always used Michigan/Clevite bearings and never really had any issues.
Anything over 5,500 RPM and I use "P" series bearings and under I have stuck with the standby "H" series.
I was taught by a circle track engine builder, so that is where that comes from....Use what works for you.
