Is anyone running headers under a sundeck?   Are there any reasonably priced water cooled headers
on the market?   I'm running long bolt logs right now.   It did have stock center riser manifolds but I had to change them out because they hit the tall valve covers.   
What are you running?

Will those valve covers clear a stud girdle?   I don't believe those stock center risers were any better
flowing than the long bolts.   I  wanted the girdle for extra security, no way they come loose with
that on there.

Just keep what you have now....From the pic, you dont have alot of room. If anything I would check the snails for resizing and add ss tips...

If you don't ask you won't learn.   If there is anything new out there I hate to find out 5 years from now.
Thank you guys for your input.   I'll cut the ends for now.  I just may take the pony ride to lightning.
We'll have to do more measuring after it warms up a bit.   It's 2 degrees outside right now...

Worked on the house with all the windows and doors open in a tee shirt all day.....I think we were in the high seventies...

BTW, FWIW, headers under an engine cover or sundeck are an exercise in ludicrous behavior.....Any and all gains that could be had for performance are all eaten up because of the under deck heat.....

Stick with high performance logs and you should be performance and money ahead....
