Do these parts come in the holley renew kits?
Also, just curious, how could you tell it has a non Holley kit?
1st question = NO
2nd question = I could tell by the Jam nut on top of the float bowl. The original Holley design uses a floating nut to adjust the height of the needle/seat and a flat headed bolt to tighten everything

The aftermarket design uses a slot on the top of the needle/seat and a regular nut to jam everything together. The problem is you can over-tighten the jam nut and pull the threads out of the float bowl

The Holley kits do not come with the nut/jam screw in there kits because these are non wear items and shouldn't need to be replaced.
The good thing is the parts you need are the same on all Holley's that have that type of needle/seat. So, you might be able to find some good used around (unfortunately I don't have any hanging around).
If not you'll probably have to go to a speed shop that carries more than a couple Holley gasket to get the parts you need.
