You could polish them yourself and it would only cost ya 30-80 bucks depending if you have a bench grinder or a 8" variable angle grinder

I've had good luck using wd40/wet sand (not water) to get them ready for buff.

I saw an episode years back about using wd instead of water on aluminum with paper. Don't remember the details but it definitely adds to prep before polishing. This is a pick of a set I bought from Jim Brock years ago. They were in rough shape and tried the wd/sandpaper trick. A good buffer/material will bite most light to medium damage. The sanding with wd allowed the worst damage to be minor or unnoticeable.
