Will the fuel bowl vents pop out to remove the choke plate?
Are they just pressed in or are they in to stay pressed in?

YUP! Crewcheif put me onto this lil trick.
Grab the vent tube with a pair of pliers or vise grips, use a long, large screwdriver to pry up on the vent tube while you wiggle the vent tube with the pliers..
Works like a snap!
