It doesn't look like your after anything too serious, if your on somewhat of a tight budget a hydraulic flat tappet cam would work out fine or if you have a little more to spend get a hydraulic roller. As far as spec's if your after a bit of a loapy idle and all round good performance perhaps a lift in the range of .500-.550 and duration @ .050 of 235-245 and lobe sepatation in the 110-112 range. Cams in this range can spin up to 6,000+rpm, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say your engine may see a max rpm of 4,800-5,200. I have had good luck with products from Comp Cams, they have everything you need as far as all lengths of hardened push rods, guide plates, springs, locks, retainers and nice roller rockers of different styles to fit your need and budget...good luck.
