Thanks Rebel, I appreciate your comments. I think I would need a water pressure gauge so I can set my relief valve. At most I think it goes to 50 psi. As for fuel, I would think a gauge would be needed to set the flow rate from the regulator.

didn't notice that you said fuel gauge, thought it was oil...

Just to add, I said 20PSI on the water pressure relief valve, but that was wrong. It's set at 10PSI.
As for the fuel gauge and pressure setting... need to know your set up? If carburetted set PSI to 7.5 and mount the fuel gauge anywhere
you like. I would use a remote gauge for setting reg. and then remove it myself. Choice of placement is yours is you want to leave it
in view mounted to the motor. Seen some that looked good, but not my taste
