i ran 75 psi of oil  at idle and 120 psi at wot so it would puke oil out of the breathers all over the boat this cured the problem when you come down from wot it sucks the oil back into the block works great .the oil coming out of the breathers wasnt becouse the motor was loose it was tight as hell i had a moroso vac pump on it to make shure it was just to much oil flying around

Whoa! Way too much oil pressure and risking engine failure.  Switch to a 10w-30, or lighten up that bypass spring in the pump, or loosen up the clearances.

Wouldn't that make less pressure with bigger oil galleys ???

thats why i opend all the galleys up when the motor wants to turn upwards of 7000 rpm you need oil no matter what and the bearings dont matter becouse i would freshen up the motor at the end of every season and the bearings were fine the bearing clr were 2ths nice and tight when you run the clr thats why you have too  run the thick oil and rob hp makes no sense it worked for me but have been doing this a while so i run what works
