Last Sunday at the Long Beach Hi Performance Swap Meet there was a 460 Ford Boat Engine for sale. Does it belong to any one of the Members here??? Does anyone on here know who was selling this engine??? I believe the seller is out their often selling boat parts.
I may be interested in it. I have one cylinder with heavy rust pitting after cleanup on my boat engine. I was thinking it would be quicker to replace my engine so I could use my Jet Boat this Summer. I can rebuild mine later in the year.

i saw it too, hade dove heads and i think it was a dove block as well was gunna buy it just to have it but every motor that i have seen bought used was nothing but a time bomb..... i guess it just a crap shoot, good luck

Yes I need a Ford 460. My Jet Boat has a 460 Ford in it. To make the switch to Chevy would be $$$ I don't have right now.
