My friends boat has a 502 blown bbc, the engine sounds good and idles fine, but i noticed that looking at the inside of his bassett headers, the driverside was pure black soot, and the passengerside was clean a whistle, what do you guys think might be the problem? Im thinking its a valve issue, but i could be wrong.
