Getting set to move south GT? I'm sure there is a lot of a/c work in the area, but I doubt much of it is the kind of commercial stuff you are used to. Congrats and enjoy it often. I'm sure you will. And don't lose my phone number buddy 
Yeah, big fat no on moving south. I'm I'm the heart of Silicon Valley and have on what is called the golden handcuffs. I make way too much right now to move anywhere.
My grandparents had a house in a Oregon near the Rogue River and this trailer in Big River, they dropped out of the rainy season and headed down to the Colorado when it got too cold.
My dad bought it from the estate and had it for a little while then sold it. The new owners never did anything transferring it in there name and never paid the registration or lease fees. My dad for a call, so he paid everything up and poof. He got it back. We figure we might as well use it for a while. We are in it virtually nothing.
We'll see how it works out.
