I've got a campsite booked at BV, RogersTR and his family are heading up next Sat morning, my wife & I will be there, hopefully Dozzr gets his boat all dialed in and he & Rick can make it, all are welcome.

I took the boat out to Piru yesterday and for the first time in a while I didnt spin a bearing  ;D, I love the chevy already, I did get some water in the tanks somehow, so I am going to get it on a hill and siphon it out, and head back out this afternoon. The distributer I have sux-azz (old point style), but all in all I was pretty happy coming home last night. It isn't as fast as the olds was but It just "feels" so much stronger. anyway I am going to tweek a couple things, and head back out this afternoon and see how it does.
I'll update this evening.

I am not going to make it.  I went out to Ming last night to take some plug readings and pushed the intake gasket out, so I have some work to do. :'(

This sucks, I got the boat pretty much dialed in, but my nieces B-day is the following weekend (I forgot) and we had planned a trip way back when. I would love to come up for a day but its just a little to far. Damit sorry all, I will try to make the next one.

GREAT DAY on the lake today!!! Tow Truck and his family came up, we met them out @ the lake, got a nice spot to set up camp, lake wasn't too crowded, lots of run time today, I almost burned through 20  gallons of fuel! Boat ran bitchin'. All in all a great day, one of those days that reminds you of why you have a boat in the first place.................................. .....
