Unless you heard differently recently from the Finney camp....Rodger told Terry he just needed to put new rocker arms on and he was ready to go for this event....but if what you said is the case, then thats one less boat and brings the confirmed boat count to zero.

Are you broke or what? You have yet to say if you want to participate or not. Last I heard you were making milkshakes in your bilge.

Terry is out as his new engines are not done, as I have seen one at D'Cucci boats.
Toby is out as his engine is after Terrys.
I am out because balance job was not done right, has to be redone.

Unless theres some group of people racing circles who we don't know about, I think its safe to say this event is not going to happen.

The next NJBA race is March 17th and 18th. Lets count on being there for that race. I don't know when the SCSC race is, but I assume its around that time.

After the Thanksgiving SCSC race, I will coordinate with Rolph to see if we can get Comp Jet as a class within the NJBA for 2008 instead of just doing exhibition runs. As you know, everything revolves around the number of boats we can bring. We brought more jets then pro stocks to ming 3 weeks ago and Ross was blown away. If the class continues to grow the way it has this year, the sky is the limit. We just need to keep the boat count strong and I am trying to contribute as much as I can to keep this class growing in the direction it is.

PS - I will be making an announcement about SCSC CompJet shortly.

Let me make a point: Being completely torn down on a Monday has never kept me from racing the next weekend. As there is not enough boats to make a class I will pass on Bakersfiield, and get ready for Parker. I plan on giving this class my full support.
