I don't think I have ever made this trip, but my birthday is the 20th, so maybe this year will be the one. Hope so anyways but dang I got a lot of other committments right now.

John, youre a little late to the thread. the original dates for the march event was the 29th-31st. due to easter being on the 31st, i changed it to the weekend before. chris should be able to make it now

So I got some news.....maybe good news for some...bad news for others....regarding the march trip.

Apparently the Arizona Drag Boat Association is running drag races the same weekend.

What this means is that the river will be CLOSED between the dam and the end of the beach at Bluewater Fri-Sun.

I dont want to move the dates again because the only choice I have is to go earlier in the year. The rates go up a significant amount in April.

So we are going to keep the dates the same, but we wont be able to use to beach at the bluewater like we have in previous years.

I have 30 rooms blocked for us until march 9th. I signed the contract and sent it over. the group rate wont be active until next week. I will post up once its good to go.
