Only got a bill of sale on this boat and looking to all of you for some info. I know it was last registered in cali in 03 and I could locate last registered owner but have researched all I have to do is have a bill of sale but with no HIN don't know what they would tie it to. Does cali have a site or number to call?

Mine is registered as CFZ. HIN isn't legible an had been re gelled but its a spectra. Try an see if someone has a title in there possession for a random hull that might have been trashed or taken to the dump. The other option is like my hull registered as CA home built = CFZ . I have a plate I stamped with the number by DMV on the back right corner where it should have been(attached by grey 2 sided tape).
