will water travel thru the foam if the boat is put on a steep incline or does it stay in one place
it wont drain out over time if thats what you're thinking. not to mention once water gets under there it can penetrate into the floor and stringers. Most likely the floor is soft and rotten by now. Tap around on the floor with a hammer and you'll hear the difference between soft wood and good wood. If it is soft your best plan is to tear out the floor, remove the foam, and glass in a new piece of plywood. dont forget to drill a drainhole. its pretty easy and very common. If you can work a saw, and a paintbrush for the resin/glass you can do it yourself. Theres a lot of threads with information on how to do it.
