Any opinions or info on this type of pump behind a bbc in a 20ft boat? From what I gather its a mixed flow and seems similar to a hamilton.
Is this a good pump for a jetboat or is it a slow speed not gonna get much out of it pump?
Any known problems with it?

Its basically an upgraded version of a Berkeley pump.

I have an American Turbine AA impeller in my Berkeley pump. 454, ~500 hp.

Both Berks and AT SD309's are mixed flow, as well as Legend, Dominator and Jacuzzi WJ's.

Hamilton and scott pumps are totally different axial flow 2 and 3 stage pumps.

Panther and Jacuzzi YJ's and jet ski's are a single stage axial flow, "prop in a tube" pumps.

Put as much horsepower you want in front of it.
