So I noticed a piece of plastic sticking out of my diverter knuckle. Thinking it was just a piece of trash I started yanking on it. Damn thing would not come out. Then I take the diverter apart to find where an o-ring should be, but instead I have a torn up straw. Come to find out there is an o-ring for that and promptly called JBP. It was here the next fricking day! Thanks Josh.

So does it matter where the split goes? Top, bottom?
