How hard is it to swap out a panther jet to a berkeley jet? Just cutting for intake and transom and leveling to the fiberglass?

In a word, yes.  But it's more involved than that, Tom & Josh @ JBP have done quite a few of 'em, there's some good posts here on it, or you could call Tom and he'll walk you through it.

Looking to buy another boat that has a panther jet. my kids dont care for the open headers and want room up front.  :(

Ummm ...what does the panther have to do with headers or room?? Fwiw I had tt's on the boat that Tom is chopping on in that last picture.
