Hey guys I vaguely remember a thread about guys that were getting splash back on their motors seemingly from their diverter as they were getting off the gas coming to a stop. What were they doing to stop this from occurring? I'm running an 18' Dimarco Berk JC with the newer style Place DiverterThanks
We're going to need more info. Either have someone sit in back and watch as long as they know what they're looking at or point a Gopro at the area.
I'll try to get some footage tomorrow. I was just hoping someone remembered the other thread.
There's various possibilities of what's happening and why.
If i get some free time tonight at work, ill play with it and post it for everyone to see.
Time to man up and yank it John! Ray
I believe this is why place makes "low mount" control systems or something to that effect. I've never had a problem with it although i get water spotting on the bottom rear 2-3" of my headers which I run dry for some reason. Maybe certain hulls/ pump/ hardware combinations cause it? I dunno but maybe the low controls are a possible solution?Sent from my iPhone using SoCal Jet Boats
