Where did you get the windshield?  I'm looking for one for my Tahiti, do you know the cost?
Thanks,

Poverty jet has a thread on how he made his windshield:

theres 2 wedges in there. not sure how many degrees each is.

josh - there was always 2 wedges in there, but they were both offset to only give it a certain degree....i have them both now set straight up for  max wedge angle.  >:D

i also did some grinding to get the diverter to go past factory angle. its now as far as it will go as the hydrolic ram is maxed out.

...and that my friend is neater then socks on a rooster  ;D

Any pics or info on what you did to the diverter? Willing to share the secrets?

This is mine from yesterday. Place diverter, 4 degree wedge, place HPH.

Not the best pic

Yes that's the boat,

I need a great looking windshield.  How far back is the windshield from the step in the hull.

Thanks for your help. 8)

im going to dismantle the pump this weekend to clean up some of the grinding i did and give it a paint job. ill post some more detailed pics of where i ground away. its not that difficult to figure out. move your diverter to the up position and look at whats stopping it from going higher...and start grinding.

Before you go out and waste a bunch of money on wedges, there were countless cases of beer killed in the making of that set-up.
By just adding wedges you will in all likelyhood kill the handling you are used to.
The entire boat was set-up to run lottsa roost.
From the bottom to the intake to the loaders, bowl work, impellor detailing, all of it.
It was not just a "lets add some wedges!" type of deal.
You really have to see the boat run.
It's like magic.

Wedge away though, by all means  ;D
