I.E. local would probably say Jack at Mpd in costa mesa. A lot of people like Tom at jetboatperformance his up north. I personally use Jim Coffey of performancejet.com, out of the three he is the only one that I can get a hold, he always returns my calls, always replies to my emails and talks to me like a friend not client. He's in northern california like Tom.

Taco'd "a person or people that show up with one lake lice and a family of 50 and cram 3 people at a time on it with no disregard to boating rules or ethics. Usualy crap in toilets and throw shit paper in trash cans. Hang out at the boat ramp like its a swimming hole. Have zero insurance on anything they own and dont give two shits less about your property."

Mine was stiff when working it back and forth on the trailer.
Once I got it on the water and under power, it was amazing!

Come up to long beach...I'll build you a proper pump for $200.  You buy the parts.  This isn't a tear it down and slap it together deal....rotating assembly will get indicated in on the lathe, turned concentric within .0005", the shaft/impeller assembly dynamically balanced and fitted properly to the the housing/wear ring.

I've got a thrust bearing, but you'll need to bring the rest of the rebuild parts.
