Was out there today with Terry and River Mama. Dug around it for a while.

Discovered that it is a Chevy! Gonna take more then me and Terry to flip it though.

I can probably pull it over with my boat and some persuasion, and as Omar said, strap some inner tubes to the underside of it, voila!

Dunno what any of us, or all of us, are gonna do with it, but..... Might be kinda cool to rebuild a piece of lore.

I dont thing we want to wait anymore. the longer we wait the further away the water is getting. water is WAY down from where it was for the Temple Bar trip.

A few small ones that you can tell water and oil had leaked out, but nothing that cant be sealed up with some expanding foam.

This thing is VERY close to the Marina. So foam wouldnt have to hold for very long.

I'm gonna go up inna day or two and get that glenwood water pump. I didnt see muscels on anything down under, the water pump crome cover shined and the aluminum lookod good. I could only see the timing cover past that, oh and a motor plate.

Most of them were gone as of today. Its not in the water at all and they just seem to fall off now that they are dry.

Tied up the rest of this week Jeremy, Taking them both out on Sunday again to Saguaro. Next week, lemme get back to you what days off I got. No Problem, best to use the Biesemeyer though, a lot more grunt, I would think. The Moo only shines at high speed, and with no diverter, I dunno, whichever one, lol.

tell ya what. lets go flip this bitch tomorrow morning. i get off work at 8am...i can be on the way to the lake by 9ish. i dont want to make it an all day thing because i need sleep before i head back to work at 9pm

a couple of ropes tied to the southwind will do the job i think.

im not too set on draggin it back to the ramp though.....we dont have a trailer anyways.

if anything, bring your tools to scavange what you want.

If we can get it back to the ramp, we can put it on terrys trailer and run it back to his house and then go back for his boat!

I've go tot put header gaskets in mine ..again, Want to wait till Dyno-Flo is open so I can get some good ones. If we prop it up w/ wood or something we can get any shit out. If we just flip it it gonna smash onto the rocks. We could put it on my trailer bring it to town and go back and get my boat. It has three drain holes in the back and a couple pin holes. I have two bilge pumps and two batteries. headers are mangled still have twisty baffles in 'em. Top of transome looked good
