My turn...
Major thanks to Ralph and Pops (Brunt Racing) for making it possible to do this. Without your help, there was no way I would have been able to get the boat running in time.
Also, thanks to Tom and Josh at JetBoatPerformance.com for doing the pump rebuild.
Thanks to omar for lending me his vest, helmet and GPS
Thanks to Terry Valore for doing the electrical work on my boat and having confidence and trust in me to drive the 410 boat.
thanks to flytime, woman!, wutwzat, wanabe, bigred, marcsrollin, terry, lilrick, beerjet for thrashing on my boat to make it there.
thanks to chromey, marcsrollin, woman!, ralph, matt and bigred for helping me out at the race getting me set up, in the water and ready to go.
and lastly...thanks to my girlfriend, kate, (woman!) for being understanding about it all and being supportive of it.
So...
How did everything go?
Mine runs better in the fog.Ill be there 8:00 or 9:00am,total of 5 boats with me.(rivertard).
Drivers, Race Teams, Fans and Potential Sponsors,
I have talked with Jerry ( V-Drive Video) about filming our races. This is going to be a great race and an important part of history. We need him out there at the races. His videos are not only awesome but they are the only way we have to preserve the history that we are making. We need to purchase some of the videos that he has already done for us and show him how important he really is to our racing endeavours. This is just another way to make our classes grow. He works very hard at each event for us. I, for one, use each and every video as a boat tuning tool and as well as a very enticing promotional tool to help secure sponsorship. It costs him more than $600 to attend each event, we need to somehow help lower those costs for him. If all the Jet racers put in $60 each per race, we would cover his costs and have him out there working for us. He would be covering all areas of Jet racing history, from the actual races, to the pits, the after parties and each driver/team interview. Let's preserve history in the making.

Check out all the videos he does for us; http://www.v-drivevideo.com/catalog/index.php
Let Jerry know what you guys think.
Thank you
Jim Rich
Whats this we? You got a mouse in your pocket?

nice ill think ill try that tonight when i get home...suck that power right out the exhaust..and i was going to put a blower on it!!!!
i think he would be happier to have a trailer hitch ball mounted in the seat
LMFAO!!!!!
The motor could have probably been done, but I want to take my time and practice in this boat before I kill everybody. I'm making a few other changes as well. I need time to assemble a more Complete package. I was not happy with the boats performance on saturday.
let me explane....it might turn over once or twice then nothing....just a click....
Both boats are not running, cj/nj, I am working on getting a nice family boat engine together hopefully by spring.
Good luck in the new class I will be pulling for the Ford powered boat.
thats all good, but ya gotta coat it w/ something or it will look like shit real quick
I thought for sure one was going to.

hehe...My boat was used as a rake for the bottom of Ming!!! No sweat, those guys did a helluva job gettin' her back up. My motor is currently disassembled and heading to Big River on Wed.Thats an expensive rake you got there (I'm always lookin for a ho thou), I sure hope your not hanging out in front of Home Depot with it(LMAO!). Gotcha on the motor magic, how longs he think to finish the build? How is the rest of the boat, I am sure you gotta flush the fuel tanks and maybe change out some gauges?
Jason , I'm gonna tell you the same thing I've told everyone else . Nice ass , cant wait to hit it..... sorry .
Iffin I get back , be prepared cuz handing everyone there fukin asses . BTW , I dont make threats , just promisesOh yeah , make sure you have what I need on the shelf

his motor has a sand castle in it...he wont make thanksgiving
when you speak of a committee....what exactly are you referring to? the CJ class will be running under the inboard committee. We have no say in that....it comes from APBA....we cant run our own committee.
