So I just got a 10 quart pan for my motor and the drain plug is on the opposite side it's on the left side now instead of the right, away from the water drain out of the jet so how do you go about draining the oil? Do you run a hose from the pan and through the transom? Or another hole on the left of the jet housing? any advice would be great

Gt jets, 460 I had a cam go flat with about 26 hour on a fresh motor, wiped out all the bearings. I'm taking the block, crank and rods to machine shop today. I was wondering how much clearance to hone it to

Not yet. The boat is at the river I'm going to check compression, and valve cover baffles, etc.. going out this weekend. I like the catch can idea. And no it doesn't smoke after hard run.

Idk when it's doing it it's just the valve cover is all oily and there's oil all over the left side of the boat

I've got a 460 Ford with about 20 hours on it, the left breather there's a fine oil Mist coming out of it not all of the time and making a mess of my boat is there anything I can do to get rid of that mist I've got a PCV valve on it but it doesn't seem to be helping

when on it at 4000 rpm for a while it starts blowing oil al over the left side of the engine compartment. it has new pcv and breather. is the dip stick supose to seal? bbf about 7 hours on motor

I've got the milk shake on the breathers, but the oil isn't white when I drained it. Motor has 7 hours on it. One of the heads had a hole in exhaust port that was missed at head shop, fixed that, I've previously checked intake manifold , just pulled water pump cover looks like a good Seal. Any idea's?
