Yea Steve, what Chad said ;D
I prefer four bunks also, rolers,in my opinion, are bad for the keel, if the outer bunks arent set right.

Once boat is back on trailer get angle iron and drill two holes and mount to a 2x4 hold up to bottom of boat where you want it and mark or spot weld it to the trailer.

I would add a keel roller on at minimum the rear cross member, if you shallow launch the keel could touch. The rollers are NOT supposed to touch the hull with the boat sitting all the way on the trailer, just when retrieving/launching.

A short set of bunks on the out side would be the ticket.

This thing is turning out awesome.

Steve, with the bunk brackets that you have, you would need another set, I think three per side, depending on how many cross members there are. You want the two center bunks to be the major support and run the entire length of the keel just short of where it starts to turn up. Then the two outer bunks to be shorties. I used the same brackets you have on, on my Kona trailer.
Here is a pic of the Advantage, but you get the idea. Good thing about your brackets is, they are adjustable.

You can get the brackets at west marine or any boat dealer. I think I still have the brackets from the kona trailer, after iscraped the frame from the wreck. I will check and you can have them, if you just pay the shipping.

I have a question for you all.... Im wondering if you think i should do a floor or not? My original plan was to do no floor and just carpet or zyloatone the inside? Opinions ideas?

Flow coat? Half gelcoat half clear gel. It looks killer and stays nice and shiny if you keep it nice and clean.

You can just lay down color. just sand everything till its smooth. i know Hal did the stringers and the rest carpet in his advantage and it looks killer.

You'll have to make brackets for some stuff. check out hals build. it has all kinds of info on it. I can't find it on socal.

And my other one. Runs about 45mph in this configuration.

Looking bitchn... on the trailer bunks.. I had only the two long inner for years and it started bending the axle inward with slight chop/wear on the inner tire... I added the two short outer to distribute the weight some to the outside...so far so good.
