The start was a spur of the moment move that was not well planed out.

Pulled the motor out and have completely striped the boat and started to sand down the three paint jobs that was done through out the years. All the paint schemes were the same just colors slightly different.  This has been more work then I thought it would have  been. I would get it Sanded  down smooth and come back the next day after a little dew and the flakes would be sticking straight up.

What's the plan?
The plan is a complete rebuild with nothing left untouched. Testing how much money I can dump into this boat with no possibility of return. Jordan it's a terrible disease without a cure. I've heard that you have a touch of it yourself it seems to be going around this winter.

I will add a little more as the post is behind the build. Some new transom plates and a start to the new paint work.  I will not be painting the boat just a few parts.

We did a little more painting and got bored waiting for the paint to dry. So we changed a pan gasket. The best part is the mail man showed up.
