I was going to suggest the Harbor Freight cherry picker, however they seem to only offer two versions of the same folder. I can't tell from the pictures exactly what the difference is, but I would opt for the 2-ton version. I am really not a fan of these folding types, I had one twist and collapse on one leg at the bent plate that forms the hinge. Even with the rigid version, pulling a fully dressed, iron headed, big block is a high anxiety experience.
Other than that, my HF picker has been reliable except for the check valve failing in the original ram. I was very lucky that it failed prior to rigging rather than during the pick.
