Just read your threads on Puddingpuddle, all is right, I'm local to that place too, right over in the Upland/Ontario area off the 10 fwy. I just got my boat project running in the last 9 months and I took it over to Puddingstone twice just to work out a few things. They really watch closely at the speed and noise if you have the look and sound of the typical hot rod boat. I was over there after work one afternoon testing and I was the only boat on the water making a few laps and getting on it hard a few times and "ranger rick" was pulling me over. He actually was pretty nice, but did say I'm a bit loud and said my speed was definitely over 35 but he said no prob. as for the speed because I was all alone out there. If you really want to test and also have some hassle free fun, Elsinore is the place to go. Down there they couldn't give two shits about anything, no one inspects anything and don't seem to care about noise or speed, you pay your $25 and have fun. I just wish the water was a bit cleaner, but it's gotten better, and it's only 40 miles for me. I love going out to Parker Ariz., but we all know that's a bit of a drive, so sometimes just for a day's outing I go to Elsinore, if any of you would like to hook up feel free to contact me, I'm always up for a day of boating and frostys...
