I'm working with Acad 2008/8/9 right now but there is no work.  Construction is in the tank.  Our work is primarily K-12 school design and California has put a stop to all state funded construction while the state government tries to figure out the budget. A real BF to our economy. The only work I've seen is in the Mid East if you want to relocate to a war zone be my guest.

just came back from a war zone a little over a year ago and im really not looking foward to going back. im working right now in a solar panel installation company as a field engineer and designer. work is going to slow down so i want to get something before that day happens. i would like to move so i can afford to do things not like here in So Cal.

Thanks

If you have your engineering degree you could try Aera Energy. Same company I work for. They have offices in Huntington Beach, Ventura, Bakersfield, San Ardo (north of Paso 30 min.), and Coalinga. Other than that you could try some of the lumber companies. I know Hayward Lumber out of Paso/San Luis Obispo does computer design for construction. Well at least I think they do

napa bob on the banderlog board works for a architectural firm located in the sf bay area and Phoenix--I think they specialize in hospitals. You might go to http://www.banderlog.com/ and send him a pm.
