So none of you guys are going to the long beach sprint nationals?

If the boat wasn't running, I probably would go to LB; but I'd rather be boating than watching others boating; I also need to have another day on the water before taking it out to Blythe the following weekend.

Baby's birthday party is on saturday , and hopefully I'll tryin to get rid of my hangover on sunday.

What time is everyone planning on being at the lake? I get there at 6 or earlier to get some waterskiing in... So when you guys are planning on being there I'll meet you back at the docks. BTW, don't launch at the west ramp! They'll have signs out telling you to use the west ramp... It's a ploy to relieve the east ramp of people, mainly out-of-towners.

I don't have a signal unless I'm inside the 5 MPH zone at the launch ramp.... Sucks.... But I will head over to the east launch ramp @ 930. If you don't see me up there I'll be in the big cove all the way at the back of the right leg of the lake. The one you have to idle for 15 minutes to get back to...

Is the east ramp you're talking about at the end of Taylors Spur Rd? That's the only access I see on the east side.


And is that the area of the cove you're talking about?

you are right, the maps you posted are correct and you have successfully located the two points of interest... That's where I'll be. Before 930 waterskiing, 930 at launch ramp, rest of the day i'll be in the cove...

well...... I'm still walkin lke an 80-year old man so this weekend is not looking good..... will make it next weekend if i can walk lke the 43-year old that I am...... I'm dyin' to get in the water.... this truly sucks!!
