Dyno Headers ?
« on: March 05, 2008, 05:13:53 AM »
Here are some "dyno" headers where the person requested I welded in the sensor bungs to each tube (old school, should be 02 bungs for wideband). This is for a Big Block 70 Camaro with a large ATI blower (had a vortech before). I also did the inlet tube with the blow-off on it. I had to make the tube between the large tube and the valve and weld the inside of the triangle part to the tube .
I want to dyno my BBC for my boat but do you think using dyno headers with the same tube diameter I am running on my boat will be close enough.

if ya have headers on the boat...yep! Even if ya have logs you'll have a baseline. Lean it a touch for logs after dyno with headers and run it. Dyno with the air filter!! Bring several,,, it's an eye opener!! ;D
