You will need to have alcohol resistant fuel lines if you don't already. The ethanol can permiate through it posing a possible fire hazard..
More compression and or more ignition timing is more doable also (alcohol has a very high octane rating).
As a negative the mileage will drop 2-5% because there are less BTU's per pound in ethanol versus gasoline and it dies quicker (ages) because of the affinity for water....

Meaning get a good water separating fuel filter..
