Frozen bolts

Trying to remove the four bolts that hold my grate on. Was able to get two out, broke a snap-on screw driver and impact trying to remove the last two. Any idea???

Acetone/atf. 50/50 blend in spray bottle.  Works great.

Heat up around the bolt then put ice on the bolt and clamp on some vice grips.
