ok well how much??? well look changing the cam your changing the amount of lift. and if there is adj to make it easier with the rocker arms, unless the push rods are adjustable??? if it were me and you were trying to build a performance motor then i would change to aluminum roller rockers less resistance means more power smoother running in the world of motors it all the little things you can do to make it better!!!

I ran into this situation on a genV bbc, "trusting" the machinist on the non adj valve train, .575" lift. First it bent one intake push rod, Sucked in water into the cyl., milkshaked the oil,, spun # 5-6 rod bearings, and chewed the shit out of the crank. All this on a motor that had 2 hrs on it. Cost well over $1500 to patch/fix it, including an other set of heads, pushrods (3/8ths) guideplates, roller rockers, rings, bearings, etc.
Lakes only would be a good source for that 460 info.
As far as a cam, i wouldn't put anything other than a roller in with todays oils.

x2 on lakes only Paul is a great source for Ford 460 info I would talk to him before you decide anything could save you alot of money and grief
