Dahm you guys are fast! Ok let me see if I can post them from my phone give me a minute.

im a little slow at posting pics so here goes.  Trying to figure out what its worth and if this would be a solid boat in Havazu and Mead, on calm days.  Coming from a 36' Outlaw.  Wanted something more fun that could pull the kids and easier to wipe down after a day of drinking

start low.  theres a ton of boats up for sale right now and people arent really spending money on stuff like boating where u just toss money into a pit.  its a buyers market.  when he starts to walk away just take out yer cash and he'll fold.

Nice looking boat.  My first thought was also "Eliminator".  The 22 Howards that I've seen (in pics - we don't have many jets/V-drives in my neck of the woods) have a more rounded foredeck.  And I'm not sure that I've ever seen a picture of a Howard with bow seating.  Could be my locality though.

If it's really as nice as the pictures seem to show, and the engine checks out mechanically (do a compression check as a minimum, and make sure you take it for a test drive), I might consider going even higher on the price.  This is coming from a definitive tight-wad.

As long as the interior is in good shape , and the floor, stringers and transom are solid (no rot or sponginess) I think it might be hard to find a low-hour, garaged boat that's really nice, with one owner no less.

Thanks for the feedback Matt.  Im going to pick it up.  Do you boat in the Ozarks?  I sea trialed a boat up there a few years ago. That place is awesome! ended up buying my last boat from the Great Lakes and shipped it to Vegas. First time I spent that kind of money without seeing the boat in person. It was my first boat 36' outlaw, turned out better than expected. Its funny everyone in that scene is always trying to go bigger. Fun boat just useless for anyhting but crushing waves or floating. I was lookin at a 27' Hallett and then this deal came up. a lot less boat but I think it will be a lot of fun. Kinda nastalgic.

it does look like a splash of a howard... although boats during the 70-90's have splashes of pretty much everything if they were built in socal...

We used to boat/ski on the Mississippi and Missouri rivers rivers a lot until we had kids and decided we didn't want to put them in that crap.  Bought/built jet boats then to avoid lower unit/prop damage from all of the semi-submerged junk floating down the rivers.  Stayed with them ever since then.  They have a great holeshot for skiing, and they're safe for the kiddies to paddle around.  But don't over the rope (especially Kevlar).....

Been boating exclusively on Bull Shoals lake for the last 15 years or so.  It's about 250 miles S/SW of STL.  Kind of inconvenient to get to for most folks, which helps keep some of the crowd away.  Don't really like Lake of the Ozarks - it's quite a zoo........
