My wife always has one of those gossip mags layin  around and as I sat in the truck this morning waiting for our name to be called for breakfast I was thumbing through it and ran across a THREE OR FOUR PAGE SPREADon how she was so upset and poor her and boo hoo and so on and so on . I listen to a morning show on the way to work that has a "show biz beat" which is pretty quik to anounce this sort of thing so it wasn't news to me or news by any standard as far as I'm concered .

I'm just in awe as to how a person who has never paid for anything and has had everything handed to her on a plate and has made her own fortune on just being herself and making appearances and doin nothing in general thinks that she is in some way above the law . That stupid snobby bitch broke the law and now she is goin to do 45 days in jail (Which will definatly be reduced to damn near nothing ) and her mother thinks that the justice system is all wrong and that they are goin to appeal it and blah blah blah.

I really hope someone treats her like the scum bag she is  How can someone raise there kids to be so ignorant about how life is really goin to treat them and then the kid run around like the world should be so fortunate to have around . Sometimes I dont think death is working hard enough.

The LA jails are overcrowded and there were reports immediately after her sentencing that she would probably do less than a week. No BS, no strings attached, no extra care because of who she is.

They gave her house arrest with the ankle bracelet , due to medical conditions. I guess they did not have her herpe medicine in there.

The decision was not taken in front of the judge who is primarily handling her case . I'll be waiting for her to go back any day now .

I just heard on the news that the judge has ordered her back into his court room TOMORROW. Also, the DA is jumping up and down about holding the sherrif in CONTEMPT for letting her dumb ass out. Jutice after all?...I doubt it.......maybe if somebody busted a cap in OJ's ass way back when.......

"It is the city attorney's position that the decision on whether or not Ms. Hilton should be released early and placed on electronic monitoring should be made by Judge Sauer and not the Sheriff's Department," said Jeffrey Isaacs of the city attorney's office.

Sauer himself had expressed his unhappiness with Hilton's release before Delgadillo asked him to return her to court. When he sentenced Hilton to jail last month, he ruled specifically that she could not serve her sentence at home under electronic monitoring.

Parachini said Sauer reminded the Sheriff's Department of that when he learned Hilton was about to be released.

"He reiterated the terms of his sentencing order. He did not agree to the terms of release that the sheriff proposed," Parachini told the AP before Delgadillo asked that Hilton be returned to court.

But, Parachini said at the time, it is the sheriff and not the judge who decides when inmates are released from jail.

Delgadillo's office indicated that it would argue that the Sheriff's Department violated Sauer's May 4 sentencing order.
