Nice pictures... I work for a heavy equipment company but never think to take pictures of the cool shit in our yard. We have 3 800's in our yard two weeks ago. One had a double length boom for bridge doom, it was crazy looking!

I'll have to snap a few, if I remember.

LOX is some seriously dangerous shit. Do you install all the connections as well? I remember some stories from my father when he was stationed at Edwards AFB (AFRPL) and he was working with the Atlas, Thor and Saturn rocket programs. Petroleum products don't mix well with LOX. I think they used Molybdinum Disulfide on the LOX line connections. Are you familiar with this and is MD still used today? Dad used to bring home Liquid Nitrogen in a Thermos bottle occasionally and that was fun on golf balls and other rubber objects. The coolest stuff that he ever brought home was small chunks of solid rocket propellant, much better than sparklers on the 4th of July.

Hallet Dave, believe it or not the state of California has certified me to install and pipe the Oxygen systems for hospitals! We use a lubricant on threaded fittings now called Krytox. I know from experience oxygen and oils don't mix! I work for Airgas and do piping and tank installs for oxygen, nitrogen, argon, co2 nitrous and hydrogen it gets interesting!

I think Liquid Hydrogen would be the scariest. Have you ever asked anyone how they feel about Di Hydrogen Oxide and the effects on the environment? Did I get that right?
