Just heard on the news there was drama on the lake today. Boat flipped over and someone died... Guess they are searching for other victims.

Our boat hasn't been out for 4 seasons. My daughter ask if we had a boat she couid take to Parker for the 4th of July. Told her the Advantage could be ready. Primed the trailer last weekend, painted on Friday, wired on Sat, bunks and boat loaded on Sunday. It's practically a bare hull, so the next couple days for everything inside the boat.

Coulda used some help loading the boat back on, but it worked out.
For the wiring I used all yellow wire so it wouldn't stand out. Wait till we have electrical issues

Took it for the first run since we got it out at lake elsinore today and wouldnt ya know it, water in the oil... Im not the sharpest tool in the shed but i do know thats not good... That was the cherry to top my sunday

I decided to make my own fuel tank selector since I couldn't find one that was bigger than 5/16"... Now my whole fuel system will be a constant 3/8" from tanks to carb

Took my boat out to Elsinore yesterday. Found it eats gas like CRAZY!! Made two laps around the lake and ran one of my tanks dry!! Yes I was throwing some roots and getting on it but wow!! Anyone know how many miles it is around the lake?

I believe its about 18 miles of shoreline.
